Blake Morgan named finalists in Wales Property Awards

Blake Morgan has been named as a finalist in the Property Law Firm of the Year category at the Wales Property Awards 2022.

The prestigious Insider Media awards highlight top developments and deals and the people, companies and professional firms that made them happen in the last year.

The Property team of 30 plus lawyers and surveyors in Blake Morgan’s Cardiff office provide pragmatic, commercial advice to local, regional and national clients in the private, public and third sectors, including asset management, development, acquisitions, sales, and financing, disputes and project management.

The awards recognise ‘excellent developments that have been completed, bold designs created, and landmark deals signed’ despite the challenges faced by property and construction in Wales in the last year.
