John Parkinson will be speaking on a panel at the stand alongside Fiona Gray from Welborne Garden Village and Chris Williamson from RIBA. The ‘In Discussion – Placemaking’ panel will focus on the Welborne development, the challenges it has overcome and opportunities it provides.
