Leadership Award for ‘inspirational’ Eve Piffaretti
Blake Morgan’s Head of Office Wales, Eve Piffaretti, won the Leadership Award at the Legal News Wales Awards 2025 at a ceremony in Cardiff on 5 June.
The inaugural awards were designed to spotlight exceptional performance and innovation in leadership, business operations, marketing, client service, finance, tech, culture, community support, pro bono work and more – to showcase the strength and impact of the entire legal profession in and beyond Wales.
Eve Piffaretti and Blake Morgan were duly recognised for their excellence. As well as Eve’s triumph in the Leadership Award, the firm was also named as finalists in the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Award and the Social Impact Award.
The judging process involved submissions to evidence excellence and in-person interviews to help bring to life achievements with the expert judging panel.
The judging panel praised Eve, commenting on her:
Authentic, collaborative, and strategic style; a leader who truly shapes business and community policy and inspires loyalty across the firm, and the legal profession.
Partner and Head of Office in Wales, Eve, commented:
