Blake Morgan is delighted to sponsor ‘Large Deal of the Year’ at the Solent Deals Awards 2022.

The Solent Deals Awards is the major south coast corporate finance event of the year, featuring banks and private equity houses, business advisers and lawyers. This year it is due to be hosted by television presenter Mark Durden-Smith. The 2022 event will take place at the Hilton Ageas in Southampton on 24 March.

As sponsors of the Large Deal of the Year Award (over £50m), Blake Morgan will be awarding the deal that is the most significant in terms of its complexity, innovative solution, speed of completion, impact on businesses involved, and its impact on the local economy.

Nominations for the award are due to close on 27 January with qualifying dates for the deal from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2021.
