The Local Authority Leisure Agency Model in practice
This time, we will be joined by Tim Pulham, Financial Controller for The London Boroughs of Richmond & Wandsworth, who has successfully navigated the process, sharing his first-hand experience of adopting the model. In addition, we are delighted to host this webinar in partnership with FMG Consulting, one of the leading sport and leisure management consultancies in the UK. Both the Blake Morgan and FMG teams supported the Councils every step of the way on this important project.
What you’ll learn:
- Key findings from the implementation process and what worked in practice
- Benefits realised by the council and their communities
- Lessons from the coalface: overcoming challenges and managing risks
- Securing buy in: strategies to engage stakeholders and build support for the project
Whether you’re in the early stages of exploring the model or preparing for transition, this session will provide valuable lessons and actionable guidance.
