Annabel is an Associate in the Family Team based in our Southampton office.

Main areas of practice

Annabel assists clients with all aspects of Private Family Law, including divorce and dissolution proceedings, financial proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and injunction proceedings.

Annabel also has experience supporting clients navigate the legal framework surrounding building their family through surrogacy and donor conception arrangements.

Career

Annabel qualified as a Solicitor in May 2023 and has four years’ experience working in family law in Southampton.

Annabel graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Law MA, as well as achieving a Distinction in her LPC and passing SQE2 in Q1. She was promoted to an Associate in July 2025.

  • Surrogacy: Annabel has assisted with parental order applications following international surrogacy arrangements in the US, including proceedings at the Royal Courts of Justice in London
