Daniel is a partner in the firm’s Succession and Tax team. He has vast experience across a broad spectrum of Private Client matters, including Wills, trusts, Probate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trust and inheritance tax planning.

Daniel covers a broad range of Private Client areas, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Tax planning and estate administration.
He has a keen focus on providing succession and tax advice to blended families, and business protection advice to SME business owners.
Daniel’s clients enjoy his straightforward approach when delivering complex legal advice.

Career
Daniel joined Blake Morgan in October 2025 and has over 16 years’ experience. Prior to joining the firm, he spent almost seven years as a Partner, in a Chambers HNW Guide ranked Private Client team. He also has experience in the legal team of a top 20 Accountancy Practice.
Daniel qualified as a solicitor in 2011. He is also a past president of the Surrey Law Society.
