Elinor is an Associate in our Employment Law team who advises on both contentious and non-contentious issues, covering a broad range of employment related matters.
Main areas of practice
Elinor’s practice includes both contentious and non-contentious matters, including the defence of Employment Tribunal proceedings, advice on settlement of claims, delivery of training and advice on a wide-range of employee relations matters.
Elinor supports a variety of private and public sector clients and uses her experience to provide pragmatic, solutions focused advice.

Career
Elinor graduated from Cardiff University with both an LLB Law and Legal Practice Course (Distinction) before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2014.
Elinor joined Blake Morgan in October 2023 from a public sector legal team having gained significant experience in all areas of employment law.
