Emma Gardner

Emma is an Associate in the Real Estate team based in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Emma acts for a range of clients including local authorities, private companies and housing associations. Emma assists on the acquisition of land for development in particular, complex development/regeneration sites and advises on all aspects of general commercial portfolio management.

Career

Emma graduated from Swansea University in 2013 and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2014.

Emma previously worked as a Paralegal within the Real Estate team before qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2019 following completion of her training contract with Blake Morgan.
