Euan is a Partner in our commercial property team, advising clients on their non-contentious real estate matters.
Main area of practice
He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of property for development with associated work with regards to funding. He also acts in relation to leases of commercial property acting for both landlord and tenant in various sectors including retail and licensed premises.

Euan acts for property companies, overseas investors and private individuals.
Significant experience
Acting on acquisition of site with primary and mezzanine funding for conversion to 35 residential flats and subsequent sale of plan with forward sale of freehold interest.
