Harry is a Senior Associate in the London banking team and acts for a range of lender and borrower clients, with particular expertise in real estate finance.
Main areas of practice
Harry advises on banking and finance law, with a particular focus on real estate finance. He advises financial institutions, real estate investors, developers, and corporate borrowers on a broad range of complex finance transactions. His expertise includes structuring and negotiating facility agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements for acquisitions, developments, and refinancing projects across the UK.

Career
Harry graduated from the University of Warwick in 2012 and worked for a building engineering consultancy whilst studying the GDL at BPP Law School. He then worked as a paralegal at a silver circle firm and a US firm before completing the LPC at the University of Law. Harry has spent time on secondment at HSBC and Pegasus Homes, and joined Blake Morgan from a leading national firm in 2024.
