Laura Wood

Laura is an Associate in our Employment Law team, based in our Southampton office. She advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.

Main areas of practice

Laura has experience in advising both public sector and private sector clients across a wide range of employment law matters. This includes acting for clients in litigation before the Employment Tribunal and advising on matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, family-friendly rights and holiday pay. She has a particular interest in complex discrimination cases.

Career

Laura graduated from Cardiff University with First Class Honours in Law, before completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2016. Laura trained with Bristol firm TLT LLP and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
