Rachel is an Associate in the Family team based in our Oxford office.
Main areas of practice
Rachel has expertise in a variety of matters including divorce, judicial separation and financial proceedings. She also has experience in private children matters relating to disputes over parents’ contact with their children.

Rachel's legal advice and support was paramount in working towards, and reaching, the end. From her professionalism and empathy to making herself available always and at times her pure grit, has meant everything is where it should be now to enable myself and my family to move forward with our lives.
Career
Rachel graduated from the University of Warwick in 2016 with a 2.1 in French Studies, before going on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law at Oxford Brookes University and the Legal Practice Course (LLM) at the London Metropolitan University, achieving Distinctions in both. She joined Blake Morgan as a trainee in September 2019 with seats in the Family, Succession & Tax, Property Litigation and Commercial & Charities teams.
Rachel qualified as a solicitor in September 2021 and was promoted to an Associate in November 2023.
