Robert is a partner in our Real estate team based in the Thames Valley. He has over 20 years’ experience of advising corporate clients; financial institutions; educational and research establishments; investors; landowners and developers.

Main areas of practice

Specialist areas of practice include headquarters and tech campus acquisition; portfolio management; advancing funds on developments and investments; land management, joint ventures/promotion agreements, options and overage; and development site set up.

Robert acts for major corporate occupiers with their portfolio requirements, property investors, funders, developers and high net worth individuals.

Robert’s initial career was in banking (ACIOBT). He graduated from University in 1994, qualified as a solicitor in 1997 at Shoosmiths and set up and headed a Thames Valley office for a regional firm for several years before he joined Blake Morgan in 2019.
