Skye Partridge

Skye is a Solicitor in the Corporate team based in the Southampton office, specialising in Corporate Tax.

Main areas of practice

Skye assists the Corporate team on the tax elements of a range of transactions including private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, group structuring and reorganisations. Skye also assists with share scheme work and advising on employment tax issues.

Career

Skye completed an LLB in Law at Bournemouth University before completing an LPC LLM at the University of Law.

Skye qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025, following her training contract at Blake Morgan with seats in Succession & Tax, Corporate, Risk and Compliance, Construction and Corporate Tax.
