Thomas is a third seat trainee solicitor. He did his first seat in Banking & Finance and his second seat in Restructuring & Insolvency, and he is currently sat in the Corporate team.
Main areas of practice
Thomas assists the Corporate team to advise companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganisations, and corporate advisory work.

Career
Thomas studied Law at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2020 with First-Class Honours. He graduated third in his class and was awarded the George Stern Prize for best performance by a finalist. He then graduated from the London School of Economics with a Master of Laws degree, before going on to complete his Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.
Thomas commenced his training contract with the firm in September 2022.
