Blake Morgan appointed by Bar Standards Board to support regulatory enforcement investigations
Blake Morgan has been appointed by the Bar Standards Board (BSB) to support its regulatory enforcement investigations, following a competitive tender process.
The appointment will see the leading UK law firm work with the BSB to provide support on regulatory enforcement matters, helping to manage investigation caseloads and strengthen operational capacity.
The Bar Standards Board, which regulates barristers in England and Wales, has seen reports relating to barristers’ conduct increase significantly in recent years, requiring additional support to manage fluctuations in investigation volumes.
Through this appointment, Blake Morgan will contribute to the continued delivery of effective and efficient enforcement activity, supporting the BSB in maintaining the high standards expected of the profession.
