Blake Morgan appointed to legal services framework to provide housing in north Wales

Leading law firm Blake Morgan has been appointed by social landlord Cartrefi Conwy to a legal services framework which will help deliver housing across North Wales.

The new framework will operate over the next four years and is worth an estimate of £4.2 million. Legal advice will be delivered to help ensure that the 4,000+ properties owned or managed by Cartrefi Conwy are properly managed and maintained.

Blake Morgan will offer specialist advice around housing management and leaseholder support, supporting the framework with its resources and expertise. Blake Morgan has extensive experience in social housing law and their solicitors supply fully comprehensive solutions in the sector.
