Blake Morgan celebrates 37 practice areas and 60 individual lawyer rankings in Chambers and Partners 2026 UK Guide
Blake Morgan has been successful in the Chambers and Partners 2026 Guide, with 37 practice areas and 60 rankings for individual lawyers in this edition.
The quality of Blake Morgan’s legal teams in England and Wales was recognised as 12 practice areas were placed in the top rank, Band 1, while a further 24 practice areas achieved prestigious places in either a Band 2, Band 3 or Band 4 ranking in the directory. The firm’s clients and peers said:
"Blake Morgan offers depth of knowledge, practical interpretation, client support, flexibility and creativity."
"The team at Blake Morgan are very approachable and friendly, whilst having strong commercial experience."
The Chambers 2026 Guide highlights lawyers who are considered by their peers and clients as leaders in their field. Twenty-eight individual lawyers were awarded Band 1 or Band 2 this year, which is an increase from last year.
In addition to this, five lawyers were ranked as ‘Senior Statespeople’, a category in the directory that recognises more senior lawyers who are classed as being ‘pivotal’ in their fields – two more than was the case in the Chambers 2025 Guide.
The rankings also highlight the strength and depth of the talent coming through at the firm and those who are considered at the forefront of their generation. Eight lawyers were ranked as ‘Associates to watch’ and a further two were commended as ‘Up and coming’.
Clients praised Blake Morgan’s teams, saying:
"The level of detail in their response is clear, concise and easy to understand, with an impressive turnaround time that ensures efficiency and effectiveness."
"The firm is responsive and works well to try and reach solutions together. It works collaboratively, rather than combatively, to resolve solutions for the clients' mutual best interests."
To determine these rankings, Chambers surveys and interviews clients and lawyers across the UK to determine which firms and individuals are considered as leaders in their field. The rankings assess key qualities including sophistication of work, client service, commercial astuteness and the bench strength of the team.
Chair of Blake Morgan, Helen Bunker added:
I’m incredibly proud of my colleagues at Blake Morgan for achieving yet another successful year in the Chambers and Partners Guide. Building on the excellent recognition we received in the Legal 500 2026 Guide and the Chambers High Net Worth Guide earlier this year, these latest rankings are a testament to the high-quality service and advice we deliver for our clients.
It’s wonderful to see the range of senior and next generation talent awarded prestigious rankings, with a significant number of lawyers recognised. Many thanks once again for everyone who has worked so hard to make these results possible.
