Blake Morgan crowned Legal Team of the Year in Wales

Blake Morgan’s corporate team in Cardiff is celebrating after being crowned Legal Team of the Year at the prestigious Wales Dealmaker Awards.

The awards, hosted by Insider Wales, recognise and celebrate excellence in deal making. The overall title of Legal Team of the Year recognises the strength of Blake Morgan’s corporate team in delivering advice on complex deals in a wide range of sectors across Wales, and the strength of their relationships with lenders and investors in the financial community.

Blake Morgan were also recognised at the ceremony for their lead role in advising Brighter Foods on their sale to Real Good Food – the winning deal in the Small Deal of the Year category.

Over the last 12 months, the team has successfully completed a number of high profile deals including the sale of magazine printers Pensfords, acquisition of Cobell by Symrise AG and sale of Templegate Electrical Supplies.
