Blake Morgan expands Private Client team with new partner

Posted on 12th January 2026

Leading national law firm Blake Morgan has bolstered its Private Client offering by hiring a new Partner into its London-based Succession and Tax team.

Daniel Church is the fifth new partner to join the firm’s London office the past year. He brings with him considerable experience in several Private Client areas, such as business protection and succession planning, complex wills, lasting powers of attorney (LPAs), and tax planning advice.

His clients include SME business owners, high net worth blended families, including a family on the Times Rich List UK, well-known sports and media personalities, and a range of UK residents domiciled outside of the UK.

Daniel will continue to help grow the leading industry reputation of the teams within Blake Morgan’s Private Wealth service offering – four of which were recognised in the 2025 Chambers High Net Worth Guide last year.

His expertise has been built by over 14 years’ post-qualification experience in the profession, including more than six years as Partner within another Chambers High Net Worth-ranked Private Client team. He is a past President of the Surrey Law Society and an affiliate member of the Society for Trust and Estate Protection (STEP).

Helen Bunker, Chair and Head of Private Client at Blake Morgan, said:

It’s fantastic to be able to welcome Daniel to Blake Morgan during an important period of growth for both the Private Client team, and the firm. In particular, he will be working closely with colleagues in our corporate and litigation teams to maximise the range of legal services we can provide to our high net worth clients and business owners. Daniel has already hit the ground running since starting, bringing further high-calibre advice to our very well-regarded Private Client team.
