The prestigious Inclusive Awards 2024 took place on 28 November where the most inclusive organisations were announced.

The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers is a definitive list of UK-based organisations that promote inclusion across all protected characteristics, throughout each level of employment within their organisation.

To feature on the IT50 List, organisations must demonstrate the promotion of all strands of diversity including Age, Disability, Gender, LGBT & Race. The list features many different organisations of varying sizes across different sectors with Blake Morgan being the only law firm to feature.

Blake Morgan’s HR & Development Director, Liz Bryne, commented:

“The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers Index is a dynamic and exclusive resource that identifies who the true leaders of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion are, which is why we are delighted to be on the list for the eighth year running.

“The list showcases organisations that are already performing at a high standard in relation to EDI as well as shining a light on what it truly means to be an inclusive employer. We appreciate that our continuous efforts to provide an open, friendly and supportive working environment has been recognised once again.”
