Leading law firm support British In Vitro Diagnostics Association

Blake Morgan has become a member of the British In Vitro Diagnostics Association (BIVDA) and will provide support on the Procurement Act 2023.

BIVDA is the national industry association for manufacturers and distributors of medical diagnostic tests in the UK, representing 97% of the industry and nearly 250 organisations.

The association works to create an operating environment that helps members to develop and improve their products, succeed in the global market, and contribute to better healthcare outcomes for patients. Members benefit from a wide range of information, resources, and services.

With Blake Morgan’s expertise in the healthcare and life sciences sector, the full services commercial law firm will provide legal support to BIVDA and its members,
