Stand-Out Blake Morgan lawyer earns prestigious recognition

Blake Morgan Partner Rajiv Joshi has been named as a Thomson Reuters Stand-Out Lawyer in 2022.

The Employment Partner was independently nominated for the prestigious accolade by a client through a  global survey of in-house counsel, which is aimed at highlighting stellar performances from lawyers.

General Counsel at Westcoast Group, Emily Garvey, who nominated Rajiv as a Stand-Out Lawyer for the legal advice he has given, said:

I don't like legal answers, I just like commercial answers that fit the business, and Rajiv is very good at providing cost-effective advice that fits a proportionate risk-based solution for the issue at hand.

Rajiv’s work includes advising clients on unfair dismissal, discrimination, jurisdictional matters and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
