Voted for by peers – Blake Morgan makes The Times Best Law Firms list

Posted on 13th November 2025

Blake Morgan has been voted into The Times Best Law Firms 2026 survey in the ‘Company & Commercial’ and ‘Commercial Dispute Resolution’ categories.

The survey recognises the most highly regarded law firms as recommended by legal professionals. Statista, an international market research firm, asked almost 4,000 solicitors and barristers in England, Wales and Scotland to recommend the best law firms in 28 categories covering business, public and private-client fields.

Respondents were not allowed to choose their own law firm, and technology was put in place to prevent anyone from voting more than once.

Highlights included an exceptional year for the Corporate team advising on deals with an overall value exceeding £1bn alongside the Commercial Dispute Resolution team’s work across UK and multi-jurisdictional disputes including its ongoing work for NHS England in the Covid-19 inquiry.

The list is published here. This is fantastic recognition for the firm that reflects a highly successful year for our Corporate and Commercial Litigation teams. It is Blake Morgan’s fourth year of appearing in the list.

Head of Commercial Litigation Justin Weare said:

It is always gratifying to be recognised by peers and The Times list is particularly useful as a resource that helps potential clients to find the specialist help they need. Well done to the team for once again leading in its field.

Simon Staples, Head of the Corporate team, added:

This recognition reflects our client first approach and the excellent work of corporate and commercial team throughout the year. We thank both our clients for entrusting us to deliver on their behalf and to our peers, whose acknowledgment is testament to our commitment to our clients.
