What is next for employment law?
We hosted an Employment Law Update webinar as part of our Public Sector Insights Forum. The webinar took place on Tuesday 20 May 2025 from 10am to 11:15 am.
The reform of employment law is a priority for the Government and since its publication on 10 October 2024, the Employment Rights Bill has hardly been out of the headlines.
In the webinar, Senior Practice Support lawyer Debra Gers and Solicitor Ben Wilson:

- Considered the proposals against the abuse of “fire and rehire”
