Blake Morgan enfranchisement specialist shortlisted for national award
Blake Morgan associate Louise Uphill has been shortlisted for the title of Young Professional of the year at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMA) 2016.
The awards, now in their 6th year, are a prestigious event in the property industry calendar and set out to celebrate professional excellence. With this award, votes from the public contribute to the judges' decision, weighing 25% of the total score per entrant. to vote, please click here.
London based Louise, whose background covers all areas of residential property joined Blake Morgan when the firm merged with London firm Piper Smith Watton in 2014 and has since taken her enfranchisement knowledge and skills nationwide to reach different clients, surveyors and intermediaries from a variety of backgrounds.
Already established as a specialist in leasehold enfranchisement and right of first refusal, Louise is known for her excellence in client service and communication. She has helped build client relationships and referrals through roadshows and has developed industry awareness through social media and live webinars, resulting in instructions and referrals for the wider team.
