Joanna is a Trainee Legal Executive in the Clinical Negligence team. Having joined the team in 2014, Joanna has conducted lower value claims in her own right and assists others with high value claims and a wide range of other clinical negligence claims. Joanna translates for and assists with Polish speaking clients.
She specialises in quantum and prepares Schedules of Losses in all types of claims including brain injury, birth injury and other high value claims.

Main practice

Joanna is a native Polish speaker and also speaks English fluently. She is therefore able and very keen to assist with translating the complexities of the law where necessary. Joanna prepares and assists with the preparation of complex and high value Schedules of Loss and has her own case load.


Joanna has assisted with a large number of claims, not only in relation to clinical negligence but also on occasion in relation to general personal injury claims.
