Emily is an Associate in the Real Estate team based in our Cardiff office.
Main areas of practice
Emily concentrates on development projects, landlord and tenant issues, commercial sales and purchases and auctions as well as legal charges.

Significant experience
Emily has assisted clients from start to finish in redeveloping their agricultural buildings into office spaces to let each unit (including advice on statutory compliance and access issues).
She has a particular interest in landlord and tenant work having dealt with commercial leases on a daily basis for the most part of her legal career.
Emily works closely with housing associations dealing with a number of issues including lettings, complicated title matters, sales and purchases and general property advice.
She has expertise in completing and negotiating sectional agreements with statutory undertakers, wayleaves and easements.

Career
Emily graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2014 having studied Law and Business and then went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University. She completed her training contract at a law firm in south west England specialising in real estate and qualified as a solicitor joining Blake Morgan in October 2018. She was promoted to Associate in July 2021.
