Main areas of practice
Julian has extensive corporate transactional experience regularly dealing with acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, joint ventures, start-ups, formation and corporate constitution, refinancing and restructuring and shareholder relations.
Julian advises a wide variety of clients from high net worth individuals to SMEs and large corporates.
Julian graduated from the University of Warwick and qualified as a Solicitor in 1976. He founded Cheyney Goulding in 1995 following over 20 years in practice with law firms in London and the South East. He was an external lecturer at the University of Surrey for a number of years.
