Blake Morgan advise Compass Recruitment Solutions on its investment from Cow Corner

Blake Morgan has advised the shareholders of Compass Recruitment Solutions on the significant investment from Cow Corner, a private equity firm investing in UK based services and software businesses.

Compass Recruitment Solutions is a highly respected and multi award winning recruitment solutions business focused on companies and investors across the healthcare, health & social care and life sciences markets in the UK and increasingly internationally. Founded in 2010 by Sam Leighton-Smith, Mike Jeffreys and Chris Russell and head-quartered in Portsmouth, with offices in Manchester, London and Raleigh in USA, Compass employs 150 people. Compass provides a full integrated service offering from retained executive search through to the recruitment of skilled managers and head office appointments, operating through its well-known brands of Compass Executive, Compass Associates, Carrot Recruitment and Compass Corporate Services.

The team from Blake Morgan, led by Corporate Partner Mat Wilson, comprised of experts from the leading award winning law firm’s corporate, tax, employment and banking teams, who are well known for advising on mid-market private equity backed transactions.
