Blake Morgan advises on Engage In-Health disposal

Blake Morgan’s corporate team recently advised on the disposal of Engage In-Health Limited to Fingerpaint Marketing Inc. The law firm was instructed by founders and managing directors of Engage, Mary McGregor and Dave Chandler, on the sale of their shares to a major US-based healthcare marketing agency. The value of the transaction is confidential.

Blake Morgan were only recently instructed in October and the team worked tremendously well under significant pressure across various time zones to achieve the clients’ goals and complete by early December.

Engage In-Health Limited is an award winning healthcare marketing agency that works in partnership with global pharmaceutical companies to deliver transformational digital communications to healthcare professionals and patients.

The acquisition was crucial to Fingerpaint in terms of enhancing its decade of fast-paced growth and strengthening its global data and analytics capabilities.

Mary McGregor and Dave Chandler will continue to lead day-to-day operations of Engage during this exciting period of expansion. Mary McGregor praised the Blake Morgan team by commenting:
