Blake Morgan advises on sale of Integra to Engle Martin
Blake Morgan’s Corporate team has advised on the successful sale of Integra, a leading provider of loss adjusting and claims management services, to Engle Martin, a US-based specialist in property and casualty claims solutions.
Blake Morgan’s team was led by Michelle Davenport, Legal Director in the Corporate practice, with support from Associate Sara Trevor. The team worked closely with international counsel, including US law firm Ballard Spahr, to navigate the cross-border elements of the deal.
