Blake Morgan appointed to social housing provider

Blake Morgan has been appointed to support social housing provider Wales & West Housing Group (WWHG).

WWHG are running a housing development programme for new homes with an ambition to build 500 properties a year. Blake Morgan has been appointed to the West Wales lot and will provide Employer’s Agent Services which includes Project & Cost Management.

Quantity Surveyor and Project Director, Alex Leighton said:

We are really pleased to have been appointed to support the WWHG team in their ambitions plans for social housing in West Wales. We will be working with them to put quality and sustainability at the very core of delivering affordable homes.

Blake Morgan are looking forward to working with WWHG who have more than 12,000 properties in 15 local authority areas across North, South and West Wales.
