Blake Morgan bring home the Gold at the ICE Awards 2024
Blake Morgan tasted double success at the Internal Communications and Engagement (ICE) Awards 2024 on Tuesday (11 June) evening. The leading law firm won gold in the ‘Best Intranet’ category and bronze for ‘Best Internal Communications from the Professional Services Sector’.
In its sixth year, Communicate magazine’s ICE Awards sets the benchmark for excellence in internal communications, and the rigorous judging process is undertaken by an independent panel of industry experts.
The judge’s commentary on our gold win stated:
“Blake Morgan LLP’s intranet wasn’t inspiring employee engagement. To reinvent it into a useful, appealing hub for corporate content, the team focused on improving user experience, developing more engaging content, and bolstering the site’s audience analytics capabilities. Company research helped determine employee needs and resulted in an intranet that delivers impactful change.
Judges thought this was a best-in-class example of how to redevelop an intranet. They praised the strong understanding of the challenge, excellent research and clearly effective results.
