Blake Morgan named as one of The Times Best Law Firms 2024

Posted on 26th October 2023

Leading law firm Blake Morgan has been named in the prestigious The Times Best Law Firm Guide 2024.

This is the third year running that Blake Morgan has featured in the publication. The aim of which is to find the best lawyers for business, public and private-client law in this list of the top 250 legal practices in England and Wales.

In the 2024 guide, Blake Morgan has been commended in particular for its landlord & tenant legal services.

In the past year the firm was appointed to the legal panel for the leading housing association Peabody to act on asset management, development, construction and governance matters.

The team advises investment funds as well as corporate occupiers and retailers, such as Specsavers and Metro Bank on portfolio management, and landlord/developers such as Sorbon Estates.

Blake Morgan’s lawyers advised the affordable housing and care group Pobl across multiple service lines and continues to support numerous third sector organisations such as Canal & River Trust and the British Red Cross Society in relation to their property assets.

The Times Best Law Firms listing recognises the expertise and quality of advice delivered by leading law firms and is entirely peer selected.

Working with international market research company Statista, solicitors in the UK were asked for their opinions in any of the 28 categories covering business, public and private client fields. To make sure the survey was fair, respondents were not allowed to choose their own law firm, and technology and other scrutiny was put in place to prevent anyone from voting more than once.
