Deal of the Year triumph for Blake Morgan
Blake Morgan were victorious in the Deal of the Year Award (£10m-£40m) at the Insider South East Dealmakers Awards 2024.
Legal Director Jake Holmes led on the deal and acted for HSBC’s South East Corporate Banking team, putting in place the sizeable debt package.
The sustainability-linked loan facilities from HSBC will enable Shoreham Port Authority to meet its environmental targets on waste and emission reduction and its regional economic objectives around training development and educational placements.

The awards evening took place at Lingfield Racecourse on 8 February with Blake Morgan and their clients attending in force. The awards celebrated the success and recognised the achievements of the professional advisers supporting businesses across the South East.
