“Good refresher on key points for disciplinary hearings, investigations and best practice.”

A delegate Nov 2018
We invite you to the first HR Forum of our Spring series of lunchtime HR Forums on Thursday 25 April in our Oxford office put on in conjunction with Hays.

Our seminars allow for networking with fellow HR professionals over lunch followed by a presentation with the opportunity to ask questions and share thoughts and views on developing areas and best practice.

On 5 March 2019, HMRC launched a consultation seeking views on how the off-payroll working rules which are to be rolled out to the private sector will operate from April 2020.  Draft legislation is expected during the Summer of 2019.  During our hour on the topic we will cover:

  • The consultation document
  • How the reform works in the public sector and lessons learned from that roll-out
  • What should businesses be doing to prepare now
  • Other developments relating to IR35

The session will be led by our senior tax expert Cathy Bryant, who will explain the changes clearly and practically.

To register for our April Forum, please click on the 'Register Now' button.

Please also keep free lunchtime on Thursday 23 May for our HR Forum with Oxfordshire MIND on mental health in the workplace.
