We invite you to the second HR Forum of our spring series of lunchtime HR Forums. Our seminars allow for networking with fellow HR professionals over lunch followed by a presentation with the opportunity to ask questions and share thoughts and views on developing areas and best practice.

In our second Forum on 24 May 2018 we will be focusing on:

  • the impact of the new tax laws on termination payments introduced on 6 April 2018 and what these mean for your business; and
  • asking what lessons can be learnt in relation to the provision of references from the recent highly publicised sexual harassment cases affecting the charities' sector.

We will also consider more generally practical ways to protect your business' interests when key employees leave and the "do's and don'ts" of protected conversations.
