Debbie is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team within the Built Environment division based in Southampton.

Main area of practice

Debbie has over 15 years of experience in commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work in the retail, industrial and office sectors.

Debbie is focused on delivering a high quality service in a pragmatic and diligent manner and has developed close relationships with some of the firm’s key real estate clients particularly in the retail sector, dealing with store acquisition and roll-out programmes. She has extensive experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals of commercial freehold and leasehold properties and general management issues.
