Residential development: acting for residential developers in the acquisition of sites for development.
Health and care: Acting on a GP led development of a surgery building. Advising from an early stage on the ownership structure and delivery vehicle, purchasing the land, drafting and negotiating the building contract, forms of appointment and warranties, drafting and negotiating the bespoke suite of banking documents, ancillary corporate work and drafting and negotiating the lease back to the practice and third party occupiers.
Acted for a company in purchasing land subject to restrictive covenants for care home development. Negotiated the purchase of the land, the release for value of the restrictive covenant and the attendant planning issues including negotiation of the S106 Agreement.
Secured lending: acting on behalf of client in a complicated refinance of an office building in London with a three week completion deadline with a loan in excess of £30 million. Including negotiation of facility agreement and banking documentation and negotiating the form of Certificate of Title.
Leases and licensed premises: Taking substantial leases of city centre office space for corporate occupiers and expertise in acting on licensed premises.
