Blake Morgan launches new Corporate Immigration team

Posted on 1st June 2026

UK law firm Blake Morgan has transformed its corporate immigration offer in the biggest expansion of that team in the business’ history.

Dipesh Shah joins Blake Morgan as a partner and the new Head of Corporate Immigration – bringing with him an established team of six associate lawyers. Whilst focused on advising multinational organisations, high-growth companies, and SMEs on business immigration, their service offering at Blake Morgan will include not only UK in-bound immigration assistance but also global immigration services for UK companies seeking to move their employees around the world.

With more than 20 years of experience in UK corporate immigration law, Dipesh’s core specialism is in commercially focused global mobility. This includes supporting businesses on large-scale international hiring programmes across the construction, healthcare, life sciences, tech, and hospitality sectors – and helping firms to navigate skills shortages and workplace demands through the complex Visa application process.

In addition to this, he is one of only a few highly experienced sports immigration solicitors in the UK, instructed by leading Premier League football clubs and players, boxing promoters, golf players and tennis stars to advise on their immigration matters.

Dipesh is a member of the Department of International Trade UK Advisory Network, and, in this role, has presented immigration seminars across the world and has participated in Q&A sessions to promote UK trade and investment globally.

The new corporate immigration team he will be leading includes new legal directors Nisha Patel and Yasmeen Hamza, Senior Associate Kawther Al-Aaraji, Associate Inderpal Singh Kallah, Solicitor David Max Barra, Immigration Caseworker Tatiana Young, and Executive Assistant Jess Wilson-Storey.

They will work together with Blake Morgan’s existing immigration specialists: Senior Associate Lisa Parsons, who is also based in the London office, and Partner Jane Biddlecombe in Southampton.

Helen Bunker, Chair of Blake Morgan, said:

It’s wonderful to be able to welcome Dipesh and the rest of the new corporate immigration team as they settle in at Blake Morgan. They’re joining us at an exciting time for both the London office and the firm as we continue to grow at pace on the back of the significant successes of our corporate and commercial teams.

With a wealth of an experience, demonstrated in no small part by a client base that spans professional sports stars and clubs to large multi-nationals, our new colleagues will play a critical role in transforming the corporate immigration service we bring to our clients.

Dipesh Shah, Head of Corporate Immigration at Blake Morgan, said:

We’ve hit the ground running in our first few months at Blake Morgan, where it’s been a privilege to lead my fantastic, seasoned immigration team into its next era. It has also been a joy meeting our new colleagues, including Lisa and Jane who have been spearheading the firm’s corporate immigration offer to date and who we’re looking forward to working with closely.

Our clients come to us because of the breadth and depth of our expertise - and the world-class service we can offer. They also trust us to stay forward-looking and at the cutting-edge, which makes Blake Morgan a natural choice as our new home.
