Our teams work both from our offices and remotely and are happy to meet with you virtually, or in person where this is preferred. We have found that many clients prefer the convenience of a video meeting, whilst other prefer face to face, particularly for the first meeting.

Options for end of life planning

Government delays the long-awaited implementation of Liberty Protection Safeguards

The Government has announced it will delay the implementation of Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS), the long-awaited replacement to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS). This situation will be frustrating for those who were hoping for improved protections and streamlining of processes for vulnerable people.

The ‘How to Rent: the checklist for renting in England’ is one of the many prerequisite documents that needs to be served on the Tenant prior to the service of a Section 21 Notice (Form 6A) in England or the notice will be invalid.
