Contract and Commercial

Our Commercial team advises a range of private sector and public sector clients on both major transactional and routine day-to-day matters. Typically, this includes procurement of major projects, compliance, outsourcing contracts, facilities management arrangements, agreements for the purchase and supply of goods and services, as well as product liability issues. In addition, the team can provide specialist advice on funding agreements, joint ventures and other collaborative ventures.

The team also includes specialists in Competition law (in the UK and the EU) and also Intellectual Property experts, who typically advise a range of public and private sector clients on the identification, protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
