A specialist in Real Estate, Sean leads the Real Estate and Corporate Occupier team on the South Coast as well as being involved in the Construction and Development Sector Group.
Main areas of practice
Sean's main areas of practice include the purchase, sale and development of commercial property as well as complex landlord and tenant advice for high value retail clients within the luxury market including new build projects.
He and his team undertake the full complement of commercial property services including commercial development, property investment, the acquisition, management, leasing and sale of high value commercial premises, secured lending and large scale complex portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
Sean has experience of working with a variety of clients from developers, high value retailers and charities seeking to dispose of surplus assets for potential re-development.
In addition to managing the south coast team in excess of 50 fee earners Sean spends a significant proportion of his time acting as client partner for some of the team's larger clients.
Retail – the acquisition, management and disposal of high value retail units on behalf of luxury retail brands: Development the acquisition and development of land sometimes on a pre planning basis for general industrial use and for the construction of registered care homes, day nurseries and local amenities and leisure facilities.
Charity – the disposal and/or enhancement on behalf of charity clients of surplus land to release capital value to enable the charities to pursue their mainstream charitable aims.
