Elizabeth Dennis is a Solicitor in our Intellectual Property team based in Southampton. She advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters.
Main areas of practice
Elizabeth advises on a wide range of intellectual property disputes including trade mark, copyright, passing off, design right and domain name disputes.
Elizabeth has previous experience working as a Trainee Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence, Family, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation teams
Elizabeth has a Psychology BSc from the University of Birmingham and completed the GDL and LPC at Guildford University of Law.
Elizabeth started with Blake Morgan in 2013 and worked as a Paralegal in the Professional Regulatory team for two years before commencing her Training Contract in September 2015. Elizabeth qualified as a Solicitor with Blake Morgan in September 2017.
