Eloise is a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, based in our Cardiff office.
Main areas of practice
Eloise works on a broad range of disputes, including advising on and assisting senior members of the team with general commercial disputes, contractual disputes, and international arbitration. Eloise has also supported one of the firm’s regulatory clients in relation to a significant investigation and preparations for regulatory proceedings.
Eloise also sits within the firm’s Education team, where she advises sector clients on contentious matters, including litigation and complaints requiring extensive investigations. Eloise has experience with issues relating to reasonable adjustments, discrimination, and data protection.
Eloise has previously undertaken work for a core participant in the UK Covid-19 inquiry, and occasionally works on matters before the Court of Protection.
Eloise is Chair of the Cardiff & South East Wales Junior Lawyers Division for 2025/26, and a member of the Pathways Sub-Group, a sub-group of the National Board for Wales.

Career
Eloise graduated in 2021 with a First Class Honours degree in Law, followed by a distinction in the Legal Practice Course with Masters in 2022.
Eloise joined Blake Morgan as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2022, completing trainee seats in our Commercial Litigation, Banking & Finance, Employment and Commercial & Charities teams.
Eloise qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024.
