Georgia Prothero

Georgia is a Paralegal in the Real Estate and Property department, specialising in matters post completion and based in the Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Georgia’s responsibilities fall under the post completion aspect of both residential and non-residential matters, including drafting Stamp Duty Land Tax/ Land Transaction Tax forms and filing with HMRC. Georgia also prepares and submits Land Registry forms (mainly for registration of properties).

Career

Georgia graduated from Swansea University with a 2:1 in Criminology and Psychology, and has recently completed her studies at Cardiff University where she took a LLM in Human Rights Law.

She joined Blake Morgan in January 2021.
