Louis Howlett

Louis is an Associate in our Employment Law team. He advises on a wide range of issues, both contentious and non-contentious.

Main areas of practice

Louis advises employer clients across a range of sectors and industries on the full spectrum of employment law issues. He regularly assists in: defending employment tribunal claims; advising on internal processes, such as disciplinary, grievance and performance issues; drafting employment contracts and staff handbooks; redundancies; and enforcement of restrictive covenants.

Career

Louis graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Law in 2015, before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2017.

Louis qualified as a solicitor in July 2018. He worked in a Legal 500 Tier 1 specialist employment law practice, before joining Blake Morgan as an Associate in March 2024.
