Olivia is a Solicitor in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution division covering general commercial litigation and contentious probate.
Main areas of practice
Olivia advises clients in relation to commercial matters including contractual disputes.
She also advises on a wide range of contested probate matters including disputed Wills, trusts and estates. Olivia advises beneficiaries, executors and trustees.
Olivia’s clients are both corporate bodies and individuals.
Olivia is studying towards her Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) qualification. Olivia has also provided pro bono legal advice through the Citizens Advice Bureau on a range of matters.
Olivia graduated from Durham University with a BSc Natural Sciences degree before gaining her law degree and legal practice certificate from the University of Law in Guildford.
Prior to training with a firm in Buckinghamshire, Olivia gained experience in family law, international marine and trade, commercial litigation and property ligitation in firms in Guildford and Rotherham.
Olivia joined Blake Morgan in September 2017.
